You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Any abuse, illegal activity, or violation of third-party rights will result in immediate termination.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Services are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Custom development work is non-refundable once delivered.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
NewLife Host is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of our services. Backups are the customer's responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
